On behalf of our Knights and Dames throughout the world, I assure the members of our French Lieutenancy of heartfelt and continuing prayer.

May the Lord give your government leaders wisdom and strength, and may all freedom loving peoples rally to your cause.

And may Our Lady, Notre Dame, intercede for mercy on behalf of the victims of this diabolical assault and their families.
